Our Story
How it began...
Bentley Boo Bakes started life from one of life’s crossroads. After years of working in sales and then recruitment it was time for change. Surrounded by screwed up note paper and pen poised for the next idea, it was time for a break.
Out came the mixer, ingredients and the smiles, this was my happy place. Baking…I love baking…I’m good at baking…people love my bakes. I started mulling over an idea. Could this be it? Could I use my career and home baking experience and combine the two to create my own Home Bakery.
The answer was yes! Now after 4 months of planning, building works, various training, including an academy with a world class pastry chef, and tons of test bakes to refine my recipes, the time finally came to open Bentley Boo Bakes. Our shop counter is nestled at the side of Chester House in Swinegate, offering fresh bakes priced fairly, always coupled with a friendly smile. In addition our online shop provides the opportunity for customers to place orders for collection or to be posted direct to their homes.
